Septa Key

SEPTA - Philly’s transit system was undergoing some major upgrades a few years back. Philly was introducing a new way to get around the city using a key fob type card, that you can reload anywhere, anytime and use it for other purchases. Groundbreaking. Either way SEPTA Key needed a fresh introduction to the general public.

We shot the video below all over the city. A nice Philly tribute. The more fun part came in post production by creating the following illustrations, and getting them to track each person around as they move, in order to display the card’s many features. It was a bit tricky because the key’s abilities weren’t finalized so there was a lot of editing through the process.

The graphics became a part of the creative campaign we used for the print and other digital assets, as part of the SEPTA Key launch.
